- Monthly stipend for President (or Vice President in the President’s absence) 85%
- All Meetings 50%

Why is it important for a member to attend the Valleyview Consumers Co-op Ltd. Annual General Meeting?
Co-ops are community-based social organizations, our Members are owners. It’s an opportunity to learn more about the Co-op and participate in the Co-operative.
Is there an opportunity for a member to participate in the AGM?
Yes, the primary way members can participate is through the election process. The Board of Directors is empowered to make decisions for the Co-operative; however, there are certain bylaws and requirements that do require member approval. Each Valleyview Co-op member number is eligible for one vote.
What topics will be discussed at the AGM?
We will have a report on the financial statements, a report from the Board, Delegate, and General Manager. There is also a Bylaw change, election of Directors and appointment of Auditors.
