Announcement General Manager

Valleyview Co-op is pleased to announce the return of David Wowk as General Manager, effective June 9, 2025.

David brings with him over 30 years of experience within the Co-operative Retailing System. Many in our community will remember David from his previous eight-year tenure as General Manager of Valleyview Co-op. Most recently, he served as a Business Advisor with Federated Co-operatives Limited, where he supported local Co-ops across Western Canada with strategic planning and operational insight.

David’s deep understanding of the retail co-operative model, combined with his long-standing connection to our communities, makes him uniquely positioned to lead Valleyview Co-op into its next chapter. We are excited to welcome him back and confident that his leadership will help strengthen both our organization and our commitment to the members we serve.
